Responsible for assisting the Director in carrying out the administrative and operational functions of the Department of Public Works including the technical management of the planning, design, construction and maintenance of the public infrastructure, wastewater collection system, parks and tree maintenance, water supply and distribution system, surface and subsurface stormwater collection system, the Departments public facilities, the transportation and bridge systems.

With experience working throughout New England on various environmental sites. I have a wide variety of environmental consulting expertise with a focus on construction management and remediation system design for petroleum and chlorinated solvent sites. I have performed and directed field activities on many large scale sites. My experience in site investigation and remediation includes addressing numerous compounds in groundwater, overburden soils, bedrock, sediments, surfacewater, soil gas and indoor air.

Performed landscape contruction activities for homeowners in Massachusetts on the North Shore. Activities included: foundation plantings, removal and installation of lawns, wall and walkway installations, tree plantings.
