Cross-Functional Coordination Mobilized cross-functional teams producing, marketing, and selling for the Super Bowl, growing participation from 500 to 8,500, encompassing multiple high visibility venue sites, and generating $55M in sales. Project Management Spearheaded new distribution center establishment, identifying location, hiring and training team members, and developing operations procedures and incentives, decreasing turn-around times, and effecting 23% cost savings.
