Golf is not only my career, it's also my passion and my favorite pastime. But working in golf is more than the love of the game, it is an endless opportunity to create memorable experiences for members, guests and colleagues alike. Great golf experiences come from creating seamless events combining the services offered pre and post the playing of golf, the quality of the courses, the management of what is happening on the courses and customer centricity of all colleagues of the club.Having completed Management Development Program 1 in Europe with the Club Managers Association Europe (CMAE) I have also undertaken the Diploma in Club Management with the Australian PGA International Golf Institute and aim to have that completed by the end of 2021. I have also completed the Responsible Service to Alcohol (RSA), the Responsible Service of Gambling and hold a current Responsible Management of a Licensed Venue(RMLV).
