- Branch Manager: my role included Operations, Sales, Human Resources, and managing a team of over 125 security officers.- Manage 125 security officers, across 11 different sites throughout Northern Texas. Responsible for customer engagement, recruiting, hiring and terminating, training, business development, and sales. - Grew the book of business in 12 months from 1,500 hours per week to 4,000 hours per week.- Responsible for supporting, meeting, and developing company KPIs while keeping company owners informed at the strategic level in support of company growth in a new market.

- Accomplished yearly sales goal in 7 months of $1M. Ended Q1 with $800,000 of sales.- Developed and implemented capture management and field team standard operating procedures for 15-person petroleum engineering team.- Created and implemented customer experience initiatives and customer response times that directly increased sales to drive production from one shift per day, to three shifts per day to keep up with demand. This resulted in record setting sales and production within the oil and gas vertical.- Conduct bi-weekly briefings to C-suite and decision makers at Fortune 500 companies within the oil and gas space. This took place across North America (Texas, North Dakota, New Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Canada).

- Activities include business opportunity identification, opportunity qualification, business capture strategy development, and tactical business capture planning and execution.- Sales: United States, Australia, and New Zealand: Responsible for meeting sales quotas for Special Operations, Law Enforcement, and International markets.- Exceptional at capturing voice of the customer and bridging the gap to the engineering and concept development teams. This resulted in the development of two new products that have since gone to market (SOTR and Ballistic Mandible).- Assistant Program Manager, Special Operations Tactical Respirator (SOTR). Responsible for cost projections, program milestones, alpha and beta prototype testing with end-users, engineering deadlines, marketing/social media, and go-to market strategies.- Responsible for tradeshow coordination and tradeshow participation around the globe. Entrusted to present complex information to international governments on numerous occasions in order to drive sales and product development.

- Director of Training: United States: Facilitated the coordination of 500 interdepartmental personnel while contributing to the direct achievement of company objectives.- Business Development: Captured voice of the customer from deployed members of the organization and turned real-world taskings into measurable metrics in which students would be evaluated before graduating a nine-month program. Led coordination efforts with State and Federal agencies, for real-world training packages across the United States.- Operations Director, Middle East: Led one hundred host nation Special Forces Commandos on dozens of high-risk missions resulting in the stabilization of economically distressed districts. Coordinated transition efforts for organization’s assumption of advisory role with Afghanistan National Army.Designed, implemented, and evaluated 6-week, high-risk training packages while conducting combat operations.- Manager, United States & Middle East: Developed team standard operating procedures for mid-range shooting, mortars employment, breaching, satellite communications, biometric enrollments, and site sensitive exploitation from lessons learned while on combat deployments.- Train, coach, and mentor junior Special Operations Marines in preparation for combat deployments, promotion boards, and advanced Special Operations schools. Coordinate logistics for 14-person team across the United States for multiple, high-risk training events.
