Mr Perry is a senior human resources professional, with a career spanning over forty five years, commencing with the AMP Society. During his ten years with AMP Mr Perry acquired broad experience across training and development, recruitment, performance appraisal, counselling, and remuneration review. He also developed a thorough working knowledge of the legislative requirements impacting on human resource management, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).Mr Perry joined Odgers Berndtson as an Associate Director in 1992, and his technical strengths and expertise were utilised by the firm at both a strategic and operational level. Mr Perry has established a strong and extensive expertise across a range of industry sectors, including professional services, healthcare, energy and resources, information technology, banking and finance and the public sector, at the Commonwealth and State/Territory levels. He has successfully assisted clients in securing high calibre senior executives in over 700 individual assignments. August 2011, Mr Perry established Axiom Executive Search and Recruitment. A firm specialising in the identification and assessment of high calibre candidates for organisiations seeking to secure high talent senior executives in functional and/or general management roles. Specifically focussing on the NSW Public Sector.Over the past few years he has also developed capability in the area of board appointments. Working with smaller organisations to identify professionals with the skills and expertise to assist businesses with strategic planning, commercial, legal, financial and reputational risk. Mr Perry holds a Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma in Employment Relations from the University of Technology, Sydney.
