The following key topics were and are a significant part of everything I do and did up to now:- Leading Change!- Give Impulses!- Find new, creative solutions - breaking new ground!- Utilize intercultural challenges as a chance by managing them effectively!- Support and drive innovations forward!- Simplify your life!All this topics perfectly came together in "LED's Change the World GmbH": Founded almost at lightning speed in 2011 together with 2 friends (one chinese, one german) following an impulse of mine, the innovative LED's Change the World GmbH (based in Germany) followed new ways to sell LED-lamps. From the very beginning it was 100% clear that we won't only focus on selling LED-bulbs but that we really want to make the world a better place step by step together with all our customers. This is also expressed in the company name, which is not only the Vision but became in the meantime a known brand name in the area of LED-Retrofit-bulbs. To underline this vision and show that we really walk the talk, we decided therefore also from the very beginning to save 1 m2 rain forest (together with OroVerde) with every singel piece sold by us. So our name reflects our program: Do something good - give meaningful impulses - move people!Following our success with LED-bulbs and -fixtures we startet in 2014 step by step to add also new LED-products to our portfolio which - as the LED-bulbs did from the very beginning too - perfectly fit to our Vision "LED's Change the World":innovative, creative new solutions, utilizing cleverly the possibilites offered by LEDs! Things, which influence our lifes sustainably and simplify it (see e.g. LED-Golfballs; Smartlights, letting a LED-bulb become a high tech, app controlled audiosystem, WIFI-Booster, surveillance camera ... :-) Since 2011 in this heavily competitive market and still there - LED's change the World GmbH is almost a dinosaur now in this tough market which is SO important for everyone of us and our world!!

First 100% in house developed product assortment was presented successfully on Light & Building Frankfurt, April 2010. Development started in October 2009. Ramp up of production and supply Chain together with new Chinese partner within 7 - 9 months!
