I have been working in the Hotel and F&B business in Hong Kong since 1994. I have been in charge of pre-opening and running 600+ rooms hotels, re-branding and opening of the first Campus/Student accommodation in Hong Kong . I was involved in all aspects of front and back of the house including hiring new teams, writing policies and procedures, staff training, guest satisfaction surveys, P&L and overall day to day operations.I have successfully opened my own businesses, 1st bagel shop in Hong Kong Central District and an Oriental Thai restaurant.I have also conceptualized top of the range fine dining restaurants, Western and Chinese, for 5 star hotels and worked closely with interior designers like Super Potato from Japan and HBA from Australia. I have a proven track record in turning around businesses and implementing new strategies to achieve higher profitability as well as top customer and associate satisfaction.
