⦁ Successfully source, interview, screen and recruit candidates to fill key positions in multitude disciplines. ⦁ Responsible for full cycle contingent recruiting and direct placement recruitment for various companies nationwide.⦁ Executes recruiting efforts (e.g., talent sourcing, candidate evaluation/screening, interview process, offer negotiations and new hiring on-boarding, etc).⦁ Represent the job requisition, related skills, and hiring organization/program to effectively pre-screen candidates, identify qualified pool and coordinate interview scheduling.⦁ Maintain pipeline of pre-screened candidates and continued contact with hard to find skilled candidates to retain interest.⦁ Effectively recruit qualified candidates in the industry to include different levels of DoD Security Clearances.⦁ Experience working with multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, Beeline, IQ Navigator, and Salesforce)
