• Responsible for the training and support of junior staff members alongside the Head Chef.• Handling Chef Funds and Organising Monthly Chef Activities.• Organising Functions and handling resulting accounts work.• Worked in Officers, Sergeants Mess and main kitchen feeding 150 Soldiers on a daily basis.• Preparing everyday menu including recipe specification & costing.• Ordering of Rations and Stock taking.• Stock control, supplier liaison, deliveries & storage, wastage control.
