I'm a passionate additive manufacturing enthusiast, including all aspects from design, development to implementation, looking to push the boundaries and develop technologies to make additive manufacturing more accessible to all communities.My recent works include the design of 3D printed energy absorption boxes for an automotive application with the use of Nylon/Carbon Fibre materials, which showed an energy absorption of almost 80% for a frontal or rear impact at 56 km/h. Additionally I designed and developed a vehicle chassis for the use of an endurance automotive application, including all relevant load cases and ensuring occupant safety.I have a history of leadership in my previous professional work, becoming the team leader for projects and professional activities. This included managing a team of up to 250 employees across 2 states and working with a diverse team to create cohesion to exceed performance targets.I am results driven, and consistently pursuing operational excellence and optimisation.
