Salty Market is a small cafe that runs breakfast and lunch. I took on a job there as a line cook during the time i worked for Mac's Seafood. I'd work the morning shifts making all the breakfast sandwiches and other orders that came through the door. During the peak of the season the market would get very busy with travelers passing by and coming in to grab a quick meal.

Worked as a line chef in Marina kitchen. Dealt with high intensity work loads and in various different sections in the kitchen. We often also had to cater for large functions such as weddings, holiday festivals, birthdays and more.
