CurrentToo much describe here in this finite paragraph.. Needless to say I had my hands in every jay acorss the company.. whether that be creative, everything form pre-post, I was in charge of making our videos as dynamic and engaging as possible, while still taking advantage of the viral trends that change almost daily, and also the ability to be maleable to fit any situation whether that be the heavy or the friend, i always found great ways to communicate with my coworkers to get the best work out of them as possible.. they'll all speak highly of me because I went out of my way to make sure that, at the very least, they felt heard.. whether we implemented their idea or not.. usually the latter if i'm being honest, but the former happened as well too and I always make a point to compliment whomever that idea originated from.. I hate misplaced praise almost as much as i hate misplaced blame. Overall I try my hardest to cultivate a blame-free work environment, but as we all know, that's easier said than done. So damage control and minimization is key, De-escalation is the name of the game when it comes to managerial positions, especially those of a large eclectic team.
