Started the career in accounting and finance then ended up in the controlling department.Accounting and finance was a good background to learn corporate financial structures and processes that influence them. It was an excellent starting point for introduction in controlling area.After moving into the controlling department I started with core activities as planning, internal reporting, and business analysis. Then moved on to strategic activities as benchmarking analysis preparation, strategic planning and M&A projects.Got a lot of knowledge in defining the controlling function in the company, structuring information processes that allow decision making for top and middle management. Main interest was on transferring strategy in action and linking it to variable pay systems.Currently focusing on SAP projects and infrastructure platform consolidation.
