Claims Manager
CurrentAccountable for performance of the organization which includes, but is not limited to, leading, coaching, and developing all employees. The goal is to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency of claims handling and within corporate standards. Additional responsibilities include leading initiatives that cultivate a positive and satisfying work environment and culture. Also required for this position is to understand internal and external factors that drive business success. This is done by recognizing the strategy, objectives, and philosophy of the corporation and keep a direct connection between these objectives and group activities. This is completed by organizing and interpreting the process for the purpose of making informed decisions to complete the objectives of the job. I readily respond to a changing work environment and to changing work priorities and am proactive in driving results to get the job done.
