Managed high performance Professional Products from concept to Launch. Includes: Bose S1 Pro, 802, L1, Modler, Control Space SP-24, ShowMatch, LT - WR. Developed and installed Automated 3D Acoustic Meaurement System (development tool). Led concurrent concept and development of a family of five high performance audio systems for musicians, bands, and DJ’s. This was the largest development program in the Professional Division. Responsible for oversight and coordination of Electronics, Mechanical, Software, Firmware. App, Acoustics, Validation and Compliance Testing, Budget, Schedule, Manufacturing, and Ramp.

Primary Focus on Loudspeakers targeted for Installed Sound (Arenas, Stadiums, Houses of Worship, Sporting Facilities, etc)

•Lead a Transducer R&D team in concept and development of OEM transducers under the brands of Infinity, JBL, and Mark Levinson brands •Created and Co-developed an Advanced Technology Development Process. •Lead International Sr. Management team in global Engineering Convergence Activities. •Played a key role in the development and maintenance of a product roadmap that both differentiated various brands and customers and strategically introduced new products and technologies over time.•Created and implemented transducer design specifications •Responsible for Budgeting, planning, spending, and monitoring•Designed and built transducer Labs in Martinsville facility consisting of a power testing and monitoring “bunker”, as well as Environmental, Acoustic, and Mechanical testing apparatus, and work areas.•Worked directly with Off-shore and domestic Automotive Manufacturers and suppliers in delivering products on time and within budget constraints
