The total management for and on behalf of Milton Keynes Council for the civil enforcement of parking within the city and boroughs of Milton Keynes in line with the Transport Management Act 2004, took over responsibility for the Northampton contract in December 2009 on behalf of Northampton County Council. Have now taken over the new contract for East Herts District council as from 10th April 2012, operating from Buntingford, Bishop Stortford, Stevenage, Hertford and Welwyn enforcing on and off street including cash collection and P&D maintenance.
