Built, influenced, and maintained strategic partnerships across BC Hydro to ensure Materials Management (MM) makes it as easy as possible for our customers, who are internal BC Hydro stakeholders, to do business with MM and get the right materials to the right place at the right time. Created custom tailored supply chain solutions for unique logistically constrained projects and programs such as the Peace Region Electrical Supply Project (The PRES project valued at ~$50 million and part of Site C), Site C, EV Charging Station materials, PCB material replacements, Smart Meters, and LED Streetlights. Solutions included aspects of demand shaping and placement, forecasting, inventory management and sales and operations planning. Received a Collaboration Award for my involvement with the PRES project in 2021 and a Customer Service award in 2022 for my support with the wild fires.

The goal of the Insititue was to create a new standard in sustainability knlowedge across Canada while connecting sustainability like-minded people and developed forums via social media (Facebook groups, Linked In Groups and a Twitter feed) to discuss best practices and share ideas. Through my efforts we were able to gain over 500 members across Canada before I left the institute.
