I am a keen, quick and diligent learner, hardworking and have excellent customer and interpersonal skills developed over years of customer service and leading roles. I have above average skills working with computers and electronics equipment due to hobbies involving computer and electronics design and build, as well as interests in software and coding; currently running my own home media server off a NAS device. In my spare time I like to experiment with IoT devices, such as running Spotify speakers off a Raspberry Pi 3 and using ultrasonic technology to create a parking perimeter to avoid collisions in my own garage.During my time at university I engaged in several critical or leadership roles within team based engineering projects, working in mechanical, electrical and software subsystems in multiple projects. As part of graduating from my mechatronics major, I engaged in work experience at Intellidesign from December of 2018, which developed into a more crucial role until August 2020, where I became a Graduate Production Engineer at IntelliDesign. In this role, I had vast exposure to not only the engineering processes required to develop ground-breaking technology, but also the methods and caveats of the processes and machinery used to fabricate these designs in order to deliver a product to a customer.As a part of the evening shift crew employed at IntelliDesign, I developed personally as well as professionally; beginning my career there as an inexperienced person, I was finally able to confidently and competently operate and control fabrication processes as well as actively input ideas into the processes that are used to bolster efficiency. I completed my industry thesis with IntelliDesign; upgrading an existing storage solution to adopt a more modern, interactive approach to boost productivity and efficiency dramatically in the production chain. I received a distinction at the conclusion of the thesis.
