I ensure military personnel are successfully prepared for deployment by establishing and monitoring appropriate training standards and requirements. I revise training programs based on changes in policies to ensure requirements are met. I manage tracking of web-based training programs to ensure workforce compliance. I planned, coordinated, developed and executed a major CENTCOM maritime exercise in May 2017 to include scenario design and concept development.► Coach, develop, and motivate the work performance of eight civilian contractors while simultaneously providing direction to three divisions within the Training Branch.► Guided the development of the International Maritime Exercise as the lead scenario planner enabling 23 countries to participate. ►Secured funding for six nations under the Developing Countries Combined Exercise Program (DCCEP) to allow them to participate in the International Maritime Exercise enhancing the development and interoperability of key international partners within CENTCOM.
