The company grew over the years, but we were also faced with several issues including the unexpected death of my father at a young age. The business was sold successfully to an outside buyer in 1999.In October 1999, I started my wealth management practice with the goal of sharing my experience as an owner of a closely-held family business to help other business owners address the issues my family faced.
