Assist in developing and maintaining data base of enterprises and entrepreneurs engaged by WKSP.With support from Supply Chain Manager, follow up on enterprises performance with regards to stock and sales.Assist in developing monthly workplans, weekly and monthly reports as part of project documentation andreporting.Monitoring supplier performance, expediting and following up with suppliers in regard to quality of sanitation and MHM products and services in a timely and cost effective manner.Managing the distribution channels and transportation of the products as they are delivered to the consumers and ensuring proper documentations are done.Participate in receiving and issuance of sanitation products and assessing them against the specifications and requirements.Actively participate in mentorship and coaching sessions for sanitation and menstrual health management Enterprises and Entrepreneurs. Conducting market activation for the sanitation and menstrual health management products and services.Undertaking regular field data collection and visualization of sanitation and menstrual health management activities to ascertain progress against benchmarks, utilization of resources and make timely recommendations for follow up by county USAID WKSP teams.

Procurement Planning through consolidation of departmental procurement and disposal plans to annual procurement plan. Ensuring that all goods, services, works and equipment required are delivered on time.Procurement Processing through preparation of tender documents, quotations, advents and dispatch them to relevant suppliers. Participate in Inventory Management and annual stock taking Contract Management through scheduling procurement meetings for tender opening, evaluation, prepare minutes and reports Asset Disposal for the unserviceable, obsolete and obsolescence items.Receiving, inspection and acceptance of procured goods, works and services. Issuing procured items from the store.Obtain quotations from suppliers by preparing and submitting Request for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Informations (RFIs)Updating, filing and maintaining of procurement records copies of LPO’s Store Ledger Cards.Preparation and Submission of statutory reports to relevant Agencies and Authorities.
