During my time at this company, I ensure a project completionsafely, on time, and within budget. I enforce all workplace policies and procedures. I support site daily operations, including sourcing, negotiating terms, purchasing items, receiving and inspecting goods, and keeping records of all the steps in the process. I monitor and direct contractor activities from start to finish and direct and oversee various contractors and subcontractors from site preparation and foundation laying to the final touches. My main contributions within this job role are as follow:• Promoted and enforced company's safety mantra at all times.• Completed site reports and other paperwork on time and accurately.• Complied with the highest level of quality, health, safety, and environmental standards during all stages of project execution.• Defined clear roles and responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members

Within this job role, I led diverse range of different quick turn round shop fit projects, such as Toolstation, Euro Car Parts and longer term projects, such as Escape Hunt, Papas Fishand Chips alone with Work for the NHS. I utilized industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.My contributions in this job role are as follow:• Supported and guided team members in order to deliver project within time frame and with high level of quality.• Ensured compliance with forecast budgets, project management procedures, and health and safety guidelines.• Organized and maintained all project-related processes andsystems to ensure effective project delivery
