Responsible for managing a team of 10 permanent resources who individually were skilled across applications within the Oracle applications suite. Applications included Oracle Financials, HFM and Oracle OBIEE. Lead Consultant on Worldpay Oracle R12 Implementation review project. I worked with senior Risk Assurance managers from PwC to present the findings to the Worldpay CFO and also key business Finance Directors and the recommended decision was to remain with the initial implementation to save significant costs but this would result in initial reporting limitations that would subsequently require further investment in reporting software such as OBIEE and HFM
