I believe that respect is earned by leading from the front not the rear. I also believe that if you make people realize their dreams they will create the goals necessary to achieve those dreams! It’s bigger than us individually, it’s about everyone we come into contact with.I have been in the automotive industry since 1995. I have worked in multiple departments in order to be better prepared to handle task across departments with a better understanding of the impacts to each of my fellow team mates. Majority of my experience lies within the Copeland Automotive Group were I spent 8 years as Closing Manager (Toyota), 1 year as a Desk Manager (Toyota) and currently General Sales Manager of the Chevrolet Store located in Brockton, MA. I work hand in hand with our management team and sales associates to bring us from rankings in the 30s to consistently holding the 8th spot out of 70 New England Dealers year after year.I also worked as a Finance Manager in late 90s and while at my second dealership took on the role of Assistant Service Manager at a Buick Pontiac GMC dealership.Prior to my civilian work experience I spent 4 years in the United States Coast Guard. After growing up in the Florida Keys I opted to stay in Massachusetts after my 4 year enlistment was completed.In Massachusetts I laid roots and met my amazing wife. I am a family guy first with the support of my wife of 22+ years. I am also blessed with 2 amazing children. I constantly push them for their success as well and they have made me super proud to be their family.
