I have worked in Logistics for over 20 years. In that time I have covered all aspects of supply chain management, warehousing, procurement material control, production planning and after-sales.I have recently been working on a company wide SAP implementation. My areas of responsibility are Customer Service and Logistics. But have extensive knowledge of many areas so we can achieve a high level of integration across all functional areas. this has given me a working knowledge of Agile and Kanban project methodology.Colleges know me as a someone to go to with a high level of cross functional knowledge when looking to work on improving and implementing changes in processes and applying lean thinking. I enjoy challenges associated with analysing data and statistics to allow a company to grow though efficient supply chain managementI have a Foundation Degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Winchester.
