I founded Roscommon Chamber Music Festival Ltd. and delivered Roscommon's first ever professional chamber music festival in Roscommon Arts Centre and King House Boyle. I founded Fulham Fest, a non-profit private company delivering an annual chamber music festival in Fulham.I managed a team successfully fundraising costs for our first project in 2021 and for our second project in 2022. My students often achieve Distinction in ABRSM examinations and none have achieved lower than Merit.

I organised social events for student body during fresher's week and at points throughout the academic term.I acted as liaison between the student body and college administration.I assigned tasks to other members of the student union and motivated them to develop their own departmental initiatives and concerts.I established institutional relationships between the Glenn Gould School, Canada's Ballet Jörgen and University of Toronto when I created, project-managed and performed in "Kinaesthesia", a multidisciplinary show involving 18 musicians from the Glenn Gould School, 15 dancers and 3 choreographers from Ballet Jörgen and 3 composers from University of Toronto.I held monthly accountability meetings to discuss and keep track of the student union's goals.
