For Brandwise, I undertook the following IT projects:Replacement of In-House Planning SoftwareI identified a suitable replacement for their existing planning software (Microsoft Access). Each day, over 100 individuals need to be scheduled for field promotions, sampling, in-store demonstrations, hospitality, and sales & merchandising.Introduction of the New Planning Product I implemented the new planning product, Fleks, within the company. This included data migration from Microsoft Access to their cloud environment, conducting training sessions, creating reports, and integrating with Exact for contract management.Project Management System ImplementationI sourced and introduced a project management system (vPlan) to facilitate communication with their clients.In-House Application for Quote TemplatesI developed an in-house application to manage various quote templates.Desktop Application for Distribution ProcessesI created and maintain a desktop application (with data stored in Azure SQL) to oversee their diverse distribution processes and projects. Key features include:• Manual input or automatic connections with Fleks, Teamhaven, and Microsoft Forms• Order picking and delivery reports, stock management, and project information

Support clients (lawyer firms, multinationals, investigation firms) in their eDiscovery process (EDRM model - collection, processing, Review, Analysis and production).Processing large volumes of ESI (Electronic stored information) with ZyLAB Legal processing. Develop conversion tools for databases (SQL, Lotus Notes), 3rd party productions (Concordance, Clearwell, Intella), financial data (Bloomberg and Reuters).Analyse data with Microsoft SQL server and Power BI, FTK, ZyLAB software such as TextMining, Technology Assisted Review and advanced search (fuzzy, quorum, wildcard, proximity, phrase and regular expression searches).Setup SaaS environments in different datacentres (US, UK, NL, DE).Contribute in the development of the ZyLAB eDiscovery platform (Legal processing and Legal review).
