As the Chief Executive Officer at MSQ Partners Ltd, I’m passionate about helping brands drive growth, whilst building a next-generation marketing group that leads the industry on issues such as sustainability and diversity. I co-founded MSQ in 2011 as I believe that brands require more flexible and agile agency relationships, bringing together multiple disciplines around a single strategic and creative platform. MSQ has grown to become an international network of 9 leading agencies, with more than 850 brilliant people working in 13 offices around the world. In my spare time, I am also Non-Exec Chairman of Xupes, a leading pre-owned luxury, e-commerce retailer. Previously, I was the CEO of Media Square plc, the prior incarnation of MSQ, and before that I was a leading member of McKinsey & Co’s Media and Digital practice. I currently advise HMG on best practice in comms, sitting on the Cabinet Office’s Strategy and Evaluation Council, and hold an MBA from INSEAD.
