Currently hold the role of lead CRCST in an 8 OR, 149 bed regional hospital. I have been in this role for 13 years. My responsibilities have grown to include managing the Getinge T-DOC system, including data base creation, stewardship and analytics derived from the program. Department supply ordering, employee scheduling, managing of instrument repairs and regular meetings with the JCAHO preparedness committee and Value Analysis committee are also duties of which I am responsible. Full knowledge of all services of surgery from orthopedic total joint replacements to plastic surgery. Attend daily huddle meetings to coordinate the OR's need of turnovers and priorities for the days surgeries.
