I am an asset management and management professional with the City of Salisbury managing an asset portfolio in excess of $220 million. I logged over 31 years’ experience at the City of Adelaide. Where I managed an asset portfolio with a value of over $80 million and have substantial experience leading and managing departments and teams. Written several asset management plans. Sound technical and financial skills, carried out change management processes and participated in numerous reference groups, working parties and sub-committees on behalf of the City of Salisbury and Adelaide. I have performed the roles of Team Leader Infrastructure Buildings & Park Lands, Team Leader Park Lands, Asset Manager Roads & Transportation and Asset Manager Water, Manager Licensing & Permits and Manager Administrative Services. I have completed a Graduate Certificate in Management and tertiary qualifications in construction. For several years, I managed City of Adelaide’s involvement, human resources and assets required in conjunction with 3 major events held in Adelaide, the Clipsal 500, Adelaide International Horse Trials and the Adelaide Lemans Race of a Thousand Years. I also have 17 years’ experience in the construction and building industry, both private and with the City of Adelaide ranging from commercial to domestic in a supervisory role and Development Assessment.
