About Peter Richards

I have a passion for social change and for working and collaborating with others to help improve outcomes for individuals, families and communities. Through my career, I’ve developed an interest and expertise in the production and implementation of evidence-based practice, the application of learning for improvement and the development of high performing people, teams and relationships. I enjoy facilitation, collaboration and communication, and strive to work through servant leadership principles. I'm a confident communicator with an analytic mind set who brings energy and enthusiasm to any role I undertake. I’m comfortable with complexity, systems and ideas but believe that the most effective route to change is through strong, trusting and equitable relationships, with colleagues, partners and communities alike.
