Eurpoean Enterprise Regional Project Manager
Current• Project Manager - manage one or more software/hardware multi-year initiatives. Lead, coordinate, communicate, integrate, and am accountable for the overall success of IT projects throughout Europe, ensuring alignment with critical Agency priorities. Ensure work efforts achieve the outcome specified within the Agency's business strategy, including appropriate strategic, lifecycle management, and investment plans. As an IT Project Manager, I assist customers in selecting, prioritizing, evaluating, monitoring, cost schedule management, risk management, quality management, and resource allocation for Enterprise Software.• Ensure successful IT Project Management principles are being effectively applied by independently interpreting regulations, policies, and Naval Cyber Command directives; applying new project management methods to meet complex business requirements, and resolving conflicts and issues as they arise. • Manage entries for applications/systems/network portfolios in DOD IT Portfolio Repository (DITPR) and DON Application and Database Management System (DADMS).• Subject Matter Expert – in-depth functional, technical, and operational knowledge and expertise with the Enterprise Regional Request for Change (CMPRO) and Navy DADMS systems. • Data Mining - Conduct data analyses and generate reports as well as the ability to clearly summarize the analysis results for all levels of management and stakeholders. • Review user requests, requirements, and proposals for system resources/changes.• Conduct briefings and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership.• Coordinate and manage responses to Fleet Cyber Command data calls related to software/hardware projects and activities.• Monitor, and evaluate budget formulation documents and develop recommendations on annual IT budget requests. Provide advice and guidance to management on all software procurement requests for NCTS, Naples.
