Leading the successful delivery of Balfour Beatty's £2.1bn Scape Civil Engineering Frameworks across the UK. Reporting to the Executive board of UK Construction Services, I am responsible for driving growth of the frameworks, sales, performance, commercial compliance, digital transformation, ISO44001 accreditation, customer experience; and the wider Key Customer relationship.

Leading the £500m Scape Scotland - Civil Engineering Framework for Balfour Beatty' Regional Scotland Business. I was responsible for the efficient and effective mobilisation of the framework. Reporting to the Managing Director I was responsible for framework growth, sales and sales strategy, performance, customer experience and for strengthening the Balfour Beatty - Scape relationship with our Scottish business.

Led the bid team for the re-procurement of the £500m Scape Civil Engineering Framework and was an integral part of the bid team for the £1.6bn Scape - National Civil Engineering Framework re-procurement. Both bids were successfully delivered with Balfour Beatty being appointed as the single supplier on both Scape Civil Engineering Frameworks.
