Salvo Soccer Club provides soccer opportunities for ALL players, from the 5-year-old beginning to play to the 19-year-old collegiate bound and all in between.My role:- Led the largest club in MN with over 4500 players- Design club game model, player roles and responsibilities, key qualities - Director of Girls Academy program requiring player identification in the market, parent education, and club engagement- Create a repeatable format for player and coach development plans so metrics can be established, measured, and monitored- Design independent development plans applying game model, positional qualities, and key qualities that include video clips and are easily accessible in Hudl or Veo for the player and their family- Effectively communicate and present using Google Slides in person and virtually- Led Parent education meetings in large and small group settings
