Salvo Soccer Club is one of the largest and most progressive clubs in MN. Salvo Soccer Club provides soccer opportunities for ALL players, from the 5-year-old beginning to play to the 19-year-old collegiate bound and all in between.My role:- Led the largest club in MN with over 4500 players- Design club game model, player roles and responsibilities, key qualities - Director of Girls Academy program requiring player identification in the market, parent education, and club engagement- Create a repeatable format for player and coach development plans so metrics can be established, measured, and monitored- Design independent development plans applying game model, positional qualities, and key qualities that include video clips and are easily accessible in Hudl or Veo for the player and their family- Effectively communicate and present using Google Slides in person and virtually- Led Parent education meetings in large and small group settings

Support National Staff Instructors with the National Coaching schools on-site. Support includes but is not limited to technology. logistics, and coordination of candidates, players, and schedule.This role is administrative but has provided me the opportunity to observe expert coaches teach candidates from around the country how to coach through the US Soccer methodology.

Develop and maintain programming designed to help youth ages 5-23 develop as soccer players and as people.Manage 50+ coaches in competitive program and over 100+ in recreation program.Led club to develop a 5 year and 10 year plan for future growth.Annually write grants to provide funding for program.Developed a robust camp program from 50 children in 2008 to over 400+ in 2013. Camp program provides funding for the club's financial assistance program.Serve as a liaison with the city serving on commission and task force groups
