Accountable Executive for 6 major Transformation Programmes including Payment re-platforming, Trade Centralization, Data Renovation, Archive Outsourcing, Strategic Document Imaging and Strategic Automation and Workflow of top 10 key processes.Major Achievements: Turnaround failing ATM Network, Availability increased to within target levels and by over 8% overall and 15% during peak periods. Turnaround failing Retail Expansion Programme increasing delivery from 3-4 new Branches a year and 5 new ATMs per month to a new Branch every 2 weeks and 1-2 new ATMs per day. Introduced new Operating model and Technology Platform in Trade Services. Improved Turnaround for complex Trade Transaction form 6 days to less than 2 day and introduced real time monitoring of Trade Transactions. This lead to a 6% (from 20% to 26%) improvement in NCBs Market Share in Trade Services (Letters of Credit). Increase productivity by over 25% by active use of ABC and ruthless focus on costs through use of technology, 6 Sigma and Lean techniques. Increased local payment processing from SR11 Trillion in 2011 to SR16 Trillion in 2012 with flat headcount and zero operational losses (a first for NCB). First end to end Major Process Automaton delivered leading to better service to our customers, reduced cost and reduction in the risk profile of the process. First Bank in Saudi Arabia to receive ISO 22301 for Business Continuity Management certified by the British Standards Institute (BSI).
