I have 7 years experience as a psychotherapist and have worked with a variety of individuals across the lifespan. I have found success in working with children, adolescents, young adults on developing ways of growing through mood symptoms, anxieties, different identity issues and life transitions. I have a specialty in working with individuals who identify as a Peer Support to others in mental health recovery and consulted with other organizations and individuals to discuss lifestyle in recovery that includes employment.My role is to support growth, coach toward healthy choices, provide insight and feedback to improve relationships. I enjoy working with people to transform their lives toward a healthier and more fulfilling path. I seek in therapeutic partnership, individuals finding surprises as they push themselves toward new areas to grow beyond their own expectations. Areas of my particular clinical influence include family systems theories, supporting individuals navigating employment amidst mental health symptoms, Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, CBT and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques to address emotional dysregulation, moving beyond past trauma, achievement stress, grief/loss, gender identity and sexuality issues over the lifespan.
