Responsible of coordinating budgets, scheduling, punch list, closeout documentation and creating As-Built drawings per project specifications. - Estimating & Preconstruction Chicagoland Area ($300M+): Prepared estimates & Budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications. Projects include new construction, renovations and additions. Resolved cost differences by analyzing and collecting subcontractor scopes of work.Most relevant projects:• Morgan Park Sport Center: ($20M)This project consisted of the new construction of a 64,000 sf mulituse recreation center. The building construction included an indoor ice rink, world class gymnastic center, meeting and party rooms, concession area, offices, restrooms, team locker rooms. The building construction consisted of insulated precast load bearing concrete panels along with glazed aluminum storefront curtainwalls• ComEd Chicago Training Center: ($20M)This state-of-the-art training facility features 51,000 square feet of classroom, office, and indoor training space including indoor pole climbing and lead splicing bays, a 200-seat auditorium. Exterior work consisted of 13 acres of site development including Brownfield remediation, site parking, storm detention basin, and training areas featuring a substation yard, pole climbing yard and electrical manholes.• Wisdom Village Northlake Senior Housing: ($14M) This project consisted of the construction of a 72,896-square foot, 6-story Pre-Cast Senior Living, residential building. This new construction facility included (56) one bedroom units, (15) 2-bedroom units, common tenant areas (laundry room, gym, roof deck and tenant recreation room), and a new 53 space asphalt parking lot.
