Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperations- Assist in the contract mobilization and transition initiation processes.- Making site specific operations standard operating procedures (SOP) reflecting DRC MONUSCO fuel contract.- Making response plans e.g spill response plans, fire plans, emergency response plans.- Establishing Site risks assessments and action plans.- Establishing forms to be used for daily inventory management systems, daily checklists, and preventive maintenance.- Establishing Fuel Operators training assessment and training programs.- Acting as a liaison between MONUSCO Fuel unit and Hashi Energy at a mission level.- Assist the project manager and civil engineer is overseeing establishment of new sites to ensure that operational standards are followed.- Interpreting IATA, JIG, UN and DEFSTAN standards governing MONUCO fuel contract.- Assist health and safety manager in making health and safety manuals, policies and forms.- Ordering for fuel standard equipments e.g. fuel pumps, hoses couplings, FWS units and FWS elements.- Making follow up on international staff Visa processes and renewal while in Kinshasa and submitting passports back to Goma HR offices.- Preparations of staff UN ID’S and renewals at a mission level. - Acting as a supply chain POC at a mission level.- Filling weekly and periodic fleet reports to be submitted to the fleet manager.- Ensuring internal and local staff UN driving tests are conducted by UN Transport section, licenses issued and renewals are done.- Tracking movement of fleet conducting petroleum oils and lubricants logistical support between border points, UN antenna sites, fuel deports and personnel movements.- Signing of delivery notes and fuel receiving reports used along supply chain.
