Tank Terminal & Engineering Manager Responsibility for ~20 operators, leading hands and supervisors Coordinating shipping of Sulphuric acid from international suppliers to our tank terminal in Port Hedland, including forward planning schedule  Liaising with customers, mine sites, road transport companies and suppliers Stock keeping of chemicals, including Caustic, Sulphuric acid, NaHS Negotiating tank terminal contracts and sulphuric acid sales Managing inspection & repair program for the major storage tanks. Improving safety, reliability and operability of terminal (Fuels and Chemicals)  Upgrading fuel terminal to high volume and automation. Construction of an integrated tank terminal waste water management system. Strategic planning Project Manager & Senior Project Engineer  Project management including detail design, procurement and construction management of new plants and equipment, including Xanthates production and trial DiThioCarbamate chemical plants (Hydrocarbons, Carbon DiSulphide) Milled Sulphur plant and Molten Sulphur plant upgrades Automated road tanker fuel loading gantry – 9 arms 500Hp Boiler (5MW) installation including natural gas conversion Demineralised water plant and Construction of waste water facilities Copper sulphate reactor installations Managing risk assessments/HAZOPs Engineering on the Century Zinc project (design and selection of Piping, Pumps, Mechanical equipment) and site construction supervision Maintenance Engineer Management of workforce of ~ 30 fitters, boilermakers and electricians and supervisors  Determining causes of failures and designing solutions Improving plant performance, life and reliability Trial process plant construction Managing annual inspections & repairs of boilers and fired pressure vessels Management of permit systems (hot work, confined space, underground, heights)

Reporting to the Plant Metallurgist/Engineer. Duties: Managing condition monitoring program Vibration analysis, ultrasonic thickness testing, magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing Ensuring spare and reconditioned equipment was refurbished to specification Scoping repairs and obtaining quotes, implementation & monitoring of repairs
