Peter has worked as a Senior Consultant in Micro Enterprise Finance and Housing Microfinance for the past 17 years. Vulindlela Development Finance, where Peter is a partner, specialises in commercial micro finance. Vulindlela has worked closely with Kingdom Bank in Zimbabwe, Opportunity International Bank of Malawi and ABSA bank in South Africa to establish Micro Enterprise Finance divisions in commercial banks. Vulindlela also works on NGO transformations; on new product development in Enterprise Lending; and in supporting existing MF operators in staff hiring, training, and performance management.Specialties: Vulindlela has worked thorughout Africa with organisations such as: Africap; Pride Uganda; Pride Tanzania; Cetzam (Zambia); OIBM (Malawi); ABSA MEF (South Africa); and UBA (Nigeria).Peter is also the owner of Windy Willows wholesale nursery. Windy Willows grows over 300 varieties of trees, shrubs, perennials and groundcovers for the landscaping industry in the Gauteng province of South Africa.
