• Currently I am a consultant program manager within Forth Engineering, covering the nuclear, marine, civil and private tenders and contracts in which the company undertakes. This I clouded management of all EU and Innovation UK programmes. Developing and maintaining the schedule for analysing the capacity for the project’s materials, equipment and personnel to ensure that deliverable's are met. Facilitating collaboration between the engineers and mediating with all stakeholders throughout the projects life-cycle to accomplish the final engineered optimised solution whilst maintain the plan deliverable's. Approving all documentation, drawings and calculations. Developing future business planning as an integral member of the SWOT analysis team. Hiring of SQEP for the projects team. Self-motivated and proactive approach for leading and implementing improvement programmes and processes to increase the efficiency of the Innovation Department to aid the business strategy in: Improved technical file processes for in-house designs. New Competency and Training programs for engineers and technicians. Amended Engineering Quality Assurance processes for in-house documentation and drawings to improve quality metrics. Programme Managing new / updated complex innovation and commercial programmes including: The concept, design, testing, verification and implementation phases. Creating and maintaining the design brief, design/engineering plans, design reviews and DFMEA`s.
