Ensure that required appointments are in place and that accident/incident investigations pertaining to serious incidents are brought under the attention of the Employer Representative. Coaching of Project SHE Managers, MANCO, Project Management on systems requirements. Compile the the yearly Top Management review and conduct review. Liaise with relevant state authorities where necessary to ensure legal compliance and the reporting of Section 24 incidents. Developing SHE Plans (SHE Submittal) & ensure adequate SHE resources from tendering phase. Provide SHE staff with equipment, tools to perform their tasks. Manage SHE staff to ensure that their activities are conducted in an efficient manner. Identify, implement initiatives based on trends to take proactive actions on Leading Indicators.
