CCTV Installation and Service Engineer Role Description.I am an integral part of a team of engineers, responsible for collectively delivering a national contract in a renowned fast-food chain provider, ensuring the high service level agreement is met. I am responsible for ensuring clear and concise communication with Head Office, customers and suppliers I have a keen eye for detail, and am able to work to a high standard with complex and integrated systems. My role is varied with a mixture of service, maintenance, installation and configuration of both IP and analogue CCTV, Access Control and Security Systems. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Design, programming, installation of CCTV, Access and Security systems to a variety of premises• Installation at design, first fix, second fix and commissioning levels• Maintenance and service of CCTV and intruder systems.• Fault finding and carrying remedial repairs, in a timely manner.• Attend periodic service calls and provide accurate electronic certification and reports• Attend 24/7/365 call outs when on rota – carry out fault finding and first fix repairs• Providing training on-site to the end user /customer• Managing installations and commissioning of works unsupervised.I have over 15 years working in the security industry working both locally and nationally. I have direct experience as an Electrical Engineer to City and Guilds level. In addition to this I also have experience in Management, and Administration, with good communication skills at all levels.
