I am an innovation and technology management consultant and coach - specialising in business development and growth.I set up Rytork 30 years ago (blimey) and have enjoyed working as a consultant, adviser, interim manager, coach/mentor and associate with wide variety of organisations in both the public and private sectors. I particularly enjoy working in the technology sector - in particular at the interface between business and the knowledge base (universities and RTOs).I am also Managing Director of a small business offering minor surgery options to private patients - so I know what it's like to provide services direct to the public.I've been lucky enough in my work to meet some very interesting and fun people with great ideas for products and services and I get a real buzz from helping them move forward. I believe I have a rare mix of knowledge and experience generated through assignments with three key customer groups: Owner managed businesses; higher education and research and technology organisations; and public sector technology and business support agencies. This means I can usually bring a new perspective to challenging and sometimes complex situations. I've attached a couple of testimonials to show what clients have valued.
