As the North American Business Manager for Tin Technology and Refining since 2015, I've been responsible for developing the electronics assembly byproduct and residue reclamation segment while building Tin Tech's reputation for excellence in refining. In addition, I've worked with our sister company, Nathan Trotter & Company, to develop strategic partnerships with some of the largest multinational companies operating in the Americas.At the position leading to that one, I was the branding manager for another refinery, where I helped develop and shape their brand to become an intetnationally recognized leader in byproduct and waste management. I was also integral in working with regulators and our engineering staff to establish widespread acceptance and regulatory approvals of a novel refining technology.My previous role was as an executive technical sales associate with the premier manufacturer's representative in the electronics assembly industry, where I served Kentucky, Ohio, Eastern Michigan, and Weatern Pennsylvania.Finally, prior to this, I worked as an engineer for a large, multinational AOI company, and before that, as a stencil expert at what was the largest solder company in the Americas.I am also a published author, publsihed board game designer, and former professional critic in the board game industry.
