I am Product Manager, System Architect and Software Development manager. I have a deep knowledge of financial services, building product business cases, and go to market. Recent products have focused on Open Banking, Payments and Data Protection with the associated regulation and compliance. Product Manager for Open Banking and PSD2 both with Temenos and Infosys. I designed and took to market an Open Banking Compliance product supporting both open finance and open payments. I have run workshops for banks to discuss and explain Open Banking including opportunities for banks from open banking.Product Manager for Payments. Looking at payments opportunities and required changes to the software from the ISO 20022 rollout and to support payment order management. I have designed and enhanced payments products including Payment Order Management, Payment Initiation (from in-house or external sources), and real time payments (such as Faster Payments and SEPA RT1). Data Privacy Product Manager including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). I have written whitepapers on GDPR, designed the data privacy product to support global data privacy and oversaw its go to market launch. This included running workshops on data protection by design and webinars explaining GDPR both internally and to banks. Analysis of market opportunities from the introduction of CBDCs and how the Payments Hub will need to change due to accommodate CBDCs.As well as understanding the legislation and designing the functional architecture I have knowledge of the regulatory landscape and how the different regulations work together to produce a new financial framework within a wider open banking and payments ecosystem.
