This means venues now have access to that data and insight 24/7/365, no matter where they are and what they need it for: reports, meetings, reviews, etc. Venues now have access to the most comprehensive set of data and KPIs the industry has ever experienced.I'm very proud of creating this, and I'm excited by what lies ahead.In light of Covid, we adapted our benchmarking to be future-focused and created more reports that enable the industry to see the future.ABOUT ME:I've worked in the meeting and events industry, both in the UK and internationally, for over 25 years and have always been focused on helping clients improve their performance.
