I have built and furthered DEI initiatives in the legal industry, including, among other aspects, learning and education, recruiting, hiring, and management and process improvements. And in so doing, I am committed to fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive work places. My background as a first-generation Egyptian American, fluency in Arabic, combined with my extensive travels and having lived abroad, uniquely positions me to bring a global perspective to any organization.
