• Managing a team of 3 senior process engineers.• Managing priorities regarding modifications, feedbacks & new order studies, and coordinating with other departments on the required dates for various tasks.• Studying the sales orders specifications and ensuring that they are accurate in regards to the bills of material and process.• Studying bus rework orders, and supplying the production with Add/Remove lists for the required components.

• Coordinating the best course for assembly with the production line engineers and allocating the components to their suitable assembly stations.• Investigating operational problems affecting the welding, sheeting & finishing lines and reporting and recommending solutions.• Creating assembly drawings for the framing line, accompanied by clear and accurate process sheets and bills of material.

• Creating manufacturing process sheets and drawings for design elements such as tubes, pipes, bushes, and sheet metal parts.• Determining the best manufacturing strategies to ensure smooth production workflow, increase quality and minimize waste of time and materials.• Creating bills of material for products based on designed drawings.• Investigating operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommending solutions.
