* Balance and reconciliation of ATO correspondence including notices of assessment, BAS/IAS, Running Balance Accounts and Payment demands. * Preparation of correspondence to clients and on behalf of clients to the ATO, including GIC and FTL remission requests, overdue payment reminders, as well as lodgment deferral and payment arrangement requests. * Manage all ATO Portal requests (including but not limited to adding/removing clients, updating client details including registrations, lodging activity statements, obtaining client reports and submitting documents).* Perform, track and manage tax lodgments.* Process payments made to the ATO on behalf of clients.* Applying for ATO registrations (ABN/TFN/GST etc) for new clients.* Undertake all company updates and any company changes required including completing and lodging relevant ASIC forms and associated resolutions.* Set-up and incorporation of new companies.* Process and coding account transactions, prepare financial statements and tax returns to audit stage, including actuary certificate applications.* Process client information from various banking institutions, utilising Banklink.* New SMSF applications and trust deed updates.
